2. Cancelling Before Download

If you change your mind before downloading the document, email support@constructioncompanion.co.uk with your order number.

We’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund.

3. Refunds for Faulty Files

If your download link doesn’t work or the file is corrupted or unreadable, we’re happy to help.

We will either:

Refunds for faulty files are processed within 5 working days of your request.
